About you:

We seek to appoint an outstanding Cover Teacher for an immediate start for 1 term.

The candidate should be dynamic, enthusiastic, and well-qualified, holding at minimum a B.Ed. or a B.A.

Has a proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning, including experience teaching the subject. Embodies a growth mindset, being reflective, adaptable, and solution focused.

Is creative, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking, with the ability to inspire students.

Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.

Use data and assessment effectively to inform decision-making, raise attainment, and improve student progress.

Has the ambition to contribute to a world-class school environment, with a strong commitment to professional growth.

Is passionate about providing enriched learning opportunities for students both in and beyond the classroom.

Plays a key role in the wider life of the school through active involvement in extra-curricular programmes and community initiatives, contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
