Qualifications

• Holds a relevant degree in Art, Art & Design, or a related field, alongside a PGCE (or equivalent) and QTS.
• Has a strong track record of high-quality teaching in Art, with positive student outcomes.

• Supports the Head of Faculty in delivering a creative and well‑sequenced curriculum across key stages.

About You

We are seeking an exceptional and creative Art teacher to join us as Second in Faculty – Art & Design Technology, supporting the leadership and development of a dynamic and innovative Art and Design Technology Faculty across all key stages. This is a teaching and middle leadership role, reporting to the Head of Faculty. The successful candidate will maintain an active teaching commitment in Art, while playing a key role in driving high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development across the wider faculty.

• Holds a relevant degree in Art, Art & Design, or a related field, alongside a PGCE (or equivalent) and QTS.
• Has a strong track record of high-quality teaching in Art, with positive student outcomes.
• Demonstrates the potential to step into middle leadership, supporting strategic direction while modelling excellent classroom practice.
