Job summary

Sea Sweet Home Real Estate L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi is seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team. You will generate leads, manage client relations, conduct property viewings, and negotiate closing terms to achieve monthly targets.

The role requires solid knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market, proven sales or leasing experience, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional client interactions. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• > Minimum 2 years UAE real estate sales or leasing experience in Abu Dhabi.
• < Proven record of successfully closing property transactions.
• < Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, projects, and real estate procedures.
• < Familiarity with ADREC, Madhmoun, DARI, Tawtheeq, property portals, and CRM systems is highly preferred.
• < Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• < Ability to generate personal leads and develop relationships with property owners.
• < Self-motivated, target-driven, organised, and capable of working independently.
• < Professional appearance and confident client-facing skills.
• < Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• < UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a strong database of property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Handle residential sales and leasing enquiries from initial contact until closing.
• Source and list properties in accordance with company and ADREC requirements.
• Maintain accurate and updated property listings on Madhmoun and approved property portals.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings professionally.
• Negotiate prices, rental terms, and other transaction conditions.
• Prepare and coordinate offers, tenancy contracts, MOUs, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records in the company CRM.
• Develop strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi market trends, prices, projects, and real estate regulations.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales, leasing, and revenue targets.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
