Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile squads in a banking transformation program in Abu Dhabi. You will facilitate ceremonies, support the Product Owner, and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery across integration, cloud, and testing teams.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with governance and release plans. Strong communication and CS M/PSM credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology project delivery or digital transformation.
• Minimum 4+ years as Scrum Master leading Agile squads.
• Banking domain experience incl. core banking/delivery projects.
• Familiarity with API-led integration, microservices, cloud
• Experience with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Owner with backlog prioritization and delivery planning.

Job description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.

• Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and delivery planning.

• Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies impacting the squad.

• Coordinate activities across integration, core banking, cloud, infrastructure, security, testing, and vendor teams.

• Track sprint progress, velocity, delivery milestones, and key Agile metrics.

• Promote Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement within the squad.

• Ensure timely escalation of blockers, resource constraints, and cross-team dependencies.

• Support release planning, SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.

• Prepare and present delivery status updates to programme leadership and governance forums.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on delivery excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in technology project delivery, Agile programs, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile squads.

• Experience in banking, core banking transformation, integration, middleware, or digital platform delivery.

• Good understanding of Core Banking platforms, preferably Oracle FLEXCUBE.

• Familiarity with API-led integration, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration technologies.

• Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) preferred.
