Job summary

The English College Dubai LLC is seeking a proactive content and media specialist to manage inventory, coordinate photography and videography for school events, and support marketing with creative assets. Qualifications

• Maintain accurate inventory of branded items and stock for events.
• Ensure all collaterals are labelled, clean, and stored properly.
• Capture high-quality photo and video content for school events and student life.
• Develop a content shooting schedule aligned with school activities and ISP standards.
• Obtain required consent for content and maintain records.
• Assist with campaign execution and brand positioning aligned with ISP pillars.

Responsibilities

• Provide photo and video coverage for Open Days, ceremonies, and events.
• Create content showcasing classroom life, student well-being, and creativity.
• Plan and schedule shoots for weekly, monthly, and termly activities.
• Coordinate with teachers to identify content opportunities.
• Safeguard policies: obtain consent and maintain records.
• Support marketing campaigns and brand consistency across outputs.
• Cover ISP-wide projects and global marketing tasks.
• Coordinate with Finance on vendor invoices and payments.
• Assist with national and cultural event coverage.
• Develop video/story ideas for engagement on social media.
