Job summary

Zayed University in Dubai seeks a Digital Content and Creative Media Manager to lead central creative services, including visual content design, creative support for initiatives, and governance of multimedia assets for brand consistency and engagement.

The role orchestrates planning, development, and execution of university events and campaigns, ensuring innovative experiences and alignment with strategic objectives, while managing budgets and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience and at least 6 years in a managerial position.
• PhD with a minimum of 8 years of experience and at least 4 years in a managerial position.
• Certification in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of the University's events, campaigns, and experiential activations to enhance the University's brand and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage the design and production of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, photography, and digital assets.
• Oversee branding assets, stage visuals, presentations, digital content, signage, and experiential elements.
• Align outputs with communication strategies and governance requirements, ensuring accessibility and copyright compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of events and campaigns.
• Maintain the internal content library and asset repository for easy access and proper usage.
• Evaluate and implement new design tools, multimedia technologies, and workflows to improve production efficiency and impact.
