Job summary

TalentBridge Dubai is recruiting a School Counsellor to support student wellbeing and success across diverse grade levels. You will deliver individual and group counseling, advising on academics, careers, and personal development within a supportive school community.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators, implement SEL programs, and engage in data-driven planning to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Counseling or related field is required.
• State licensure or certification as a School Counselor.
• Minimum years of experience in a school setting is expected.
• Strong clinical and counseling skills including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents and staff.
• Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques.

Responsibilities
