Job summary

Raha Khalifa City Campus is seeking a diligent School Science Lab Assistant to support chemistry, biology and physics labs across junior and senior classes. You will monitor student safety, respond to spills and emergencies, and help with routine lab tasks and clean-up.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact, managing visitors and enquiries professionally
• Respond to telephone/email enquiries from parents and public
• Oversee daily attendance, records, and student sign-in/out per safeguarding procedures
• Assist the head of EY, support daily tasks as requested
• Assist with administrative duties such as photocopying, filing
• Assist in locating students when reported missing
• Understand data protection and confidentiality
• Work to deadlines in a calm and confident manner under pressure
• Assist with school events such as Parent Open Days and performances
• Liaise with parents and maintain accurate ECA registers and attendance
• Carry out tasks to support smooth school operations
• Perform any other duty upon request
