Sscegypt is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Project Manager in Dubai to lead multi-project scaffolding delivery. You will manage mobilisation, execution, and demobilisation, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion while controlling budget and resources.

Applicants should have 8+ years in scaffolding project management, a relevant engineering degree, and hands-on site experience. CISRS or PMP qualifications are advantageous, with strong leadership and client-management skills

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as scaffolding project manager.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management.
• Hands-on scaffolding industry experience.
• Experience managing medium to large scaffolding projects.
• Knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection/dismantling, Work at Height, and safety standards.
• Experience managing large workforce, materials, logistics, and project resources.
• CISRS or equivalent qualifications advantageous.
• Project Management qualifications such as PMP or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage scaffolding projects from mobilisation through execution, completion and demobilisation.
• Develop project plans, schedules and resource requirements.
• Coordinate daily scaffolding activities including erection, inspection, handover and dismantling.
• Ensure projects meet scope, programme, budget and client expectations.
• Monitor progress and address delays, resource constraints and operational challenges.
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes during the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Commercial, HSE, Logistics and Human Capital teams.
• Ensure scaffolding activities follow approved designs, method statements and safety standards.
