Zusammenfassung

Dolphin Group is seeking a Scaffolding Engineer for site-based design, planning, inspection, and safety assurance of scaffolding structures in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure compliance with local and international standards, and coordinate with project teams to meet safety and operational requirements.

The role requires strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, drawings interpretation, and hands-on supervision of erection and dismantling, with a focus on high safety standards and effective RAMS and

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience with scaffolding materials and systems (cuplock, ringlock, tube & fittings).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.

Aufgaben

Design & planning: prepare scaffolding design drawings and calculations per project requirements and load specs.
Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors for scaffolding needs; supervise erection, modification and dismantling.
Ensure scaffolding complies with OSHA, BS EN 12811, CISRS or local standards; perform scaffold inspections and tag scheme.
Maintain scaffold registers, inspection reports, RAMS, and work permits; assist in incident investigations.
Provide technical guidance to scaffold crews; ensure qualification and training per standards; conduct toolbox talks.
