• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations in the UAE is highly desirable.
• Certification in scaffolding safety or engineering is a plus.
