Job summary

Waagner Biro Bridge Services in the UAE is hiring experienced scaffolders for bridge maintenance projects. The role involves erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding to provide safe access for inspection and rehabilitation of bridges.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of scaffolding experience, prefer bridge or highway project experience, ability to work at heights, and hold CISRS/OSHA certification or equivalent. UAE experience in outdoor conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of scaffold erection and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures as required for inspections and repairs.
• Follow approved drawings, method statements, and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure scaffolding is stable, properly braced and secure at all times.
• Carry out daily checks and report defects or unsafe conditions.
• Assist in loading, unloading and organizing scaffolding materials.
• Support bridge maintenance works by providing safe access.

Job Description

We are hiring experienced Scaffolders for bridge maintenance projects in the UAE. The role involves erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures to provide safe access for inspection, repair, and rehabilitation works on bridges and related infrastructure.

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures including towers, platforms, guardrails, and access systems.
• Follow approved drawings, method statements, and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure scaffolding is stable, properly braced, and safely secured at all times.
• Carry out daily checks and report any defects or unsafe conditions.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing scaffolding materials.
• Support bridge maintenance works such as concrete repair, inspection, and painting by providing safe access.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of scaffolding experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in bridge maintenance or highway projects preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
