Qualifications

• Experience processing SBA and SBA Express loans.
• Experience with working capital loans and lines of credit.
• Experience with commercial lending or business funding.
• Strong understanding of lender documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process SBA, SBA Express, working capital, business lines of credit, and equipment financing applications.
• Collect, review, and organize required borrower documentation.
• Prepare complete loan files for submission and verify accuracy against lender requirements.
• Monitor loan progress and communicate updates internally.
• Maintain accurate loan documentation and processing records.
• Coordinate with lenders, funding partners, and financial institutions.
• Recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain spreadsheets and funding pipeline tracking reports.
