Accenture Middle East is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to lead design, implementation and optimisation of SAP solutions across logistics, finance and human resources. You will work with client stakeholders, programme managers and technical teams to deliver mission-critical SAP solutions.

The role requires deep SAP expertise across multiple modules, ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance while driving adoption and continuous improvement.

Formación

• 5+ years delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments.
• Deep functional expertise in at least three SAP modules from the listed scope.
• Knowledge of procurement frameworks and governance structures.
• SAP certification in relevant modules is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects.
• Gather and translate complex business requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, test and deploy SAP modules in line with SAP standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Provide subject matter expertise across SAP modules and liaise with stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Mentor junior consultants and client-side SAP teams and ensure audit readiness.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to lead and support the design implementation and optimisation of SAP solutions The successful candidate will bring deep functional and or technical expertise across SAP modules relevant to operations including logistics asset management procurement finance and human resources You will work closely with client stakeholders programme managers and technical teams to deliver mission-critical SAP solutions

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects Gather and translate complex business requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications Configure test and deploy SAP modules in line with SAP standards and regulatory frameworks Provide subject matter expertise across relevant SAP modules listed below Liaise with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive solution adoption Conduct workshops training sessions and user acceptance testing UAT Ensure data integrity security compliance and audit readiness across all SAP environments Contribute to solution architecture design and continuous improvement initiatives Manage and mentor junior consultants and client-side SAP teams

Desirable Requirements

Knowledge of ITIL PRINCE2 or Agile delivery methodologies Experience with SAP RISE or private cloud deployment Background in logistics engineering or programme management Proven experience (5+ years) delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments Deep functional expertise in at least three of the above SAP modules Understanding of procurement frameworks Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior/executive level SAP certification in one or more relevant modules (desirable)
