Job summary

La Fosse in Dubai is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead to join a major enterprise transformation programme.

This hands-on leadership and architecture role will take ownership of the SAP IAM workstream across architecture, governance, implementation and stakeholder management, working with Enterprise Security Architecture, SAP teams and external partners to shape a robust IAM landscape across SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SAP S/4HANA Security experience.
• Lead SAP Security/IAM in large transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IAM and S/4HANA integration.
• Experience with SAP IAG, IAS, IPS and SAP GRC / Access Control.
• Knowledge of SAP roles, authorisations, RBAC and access governance.
• Understanding of SoD, risk analysis and remediation.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, identity provisioning.
• Ability to lead across business, functional, technical and security teams.

Job description

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract: 6 months (To be extended)

Salary: AED 30,000–35,000 per month

The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead to join a major enterprise transformation programme in Dubai.

This is a hands-on leadership and architecture role for someone who can take ownership of the SAP IAM workstream within a complex transformation environment and confidently operate across architecture, governance, implementation and stakeholder management. You’ll work closely with the Enterprise Security Architecture, Information Security, SAP functional teams, technology streams, external implementation partners and senior stakeholders, helping shape and deliver a robust security and IAM landscape across SAP S/4HANA.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA Security experience
• Strong hands-on Identity & Access Management experience
• Previous experience leading SAP Security/IAM within a large transformation programme.
• Strong understanding of SAP IAM and S/4HANA integration.
• Experience with SAP IAG, IAS, IPS and/or SAP GRC / Access Control.
• Strong knowledge of SAP roles, authorisations, RBAC and access governance.
• Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk analysis and remediation.
• Understanding of SSO, MFA, authentication and identity provisioning.
• Experience developing IAM/security architecture and governance frameworks.
• Ability to work across business, functional, technical and security teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The confidence to operate independently and provide architectural direction and decision-making.
