Job summary

La Fosse in Dubai is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead to join a major enterprise transformation programme.

This hands-on leadership and architecture role will take ownership of the SAP IAM workstream across architecture, governance, implementation and stakeholder management, working with Enterprise Security Architecture, SAP teams and external partners to shape a robust IAM landscape across SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SAP S/4HANA Security experience.
• Lead SAP Security/IAM in large transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IAM and S/4HANA integration.
• Experience with SAP IAG, IAS, IPS and SAP GRC / Access Control.
• Knowledge of SAP roles, authorisations, RBAC and access governance.
• Understanding of SoD, risk analysis and remediation.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, identity provisioning.
• Ability to lead across business, functional, technical and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IAM workstream within a complex transformation program.
• Provide architectural direction and governance across implementation and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Security Architecture, SAP teams and partners.
• Shape and deliver a robust security and IAM landscape across SAP S/4HANA.
