Job summary

Staff Connect Information Technology Consultants in Dubai seeks a senior SAP FICO Lead to drive finance process design, re-engineering, and S/4HANA adoption across multiple entities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, govern delivery with onshore/offshore partners, and ensure alignment with corporate financial goals while enabling standard SAP processes and best practices.

Experience guiding large-scale ERP migrations and deep UAE regulatory knowledge highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of core SAP FI/CO experience with hands-on implementation and leadership.
• Experience delivering SAP FICO workstreams in large groups or conglomerates.
• Knowledge of UAE tax regulations and multi-entity consolidation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO track across the transformation program and set strategic direction.
• Configure and implement FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA within S/4HANA and Universal Journal ACDOCA.
• Manage onshore/offshore delivery teams and SI partners to ensure quality and timelines.
• Ensure data governance and alignment with Group Reporting across entities.
• Drive user adoption, change enablement, and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications
