Job summary

SSC Egypt in Dubai is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with hands-on expertise in ESS and MSS to support and implement SAP HCM solutions for HR. The role requires deep knowledge of HR processes and strong communication with stakeholders.

You will configure ESS/MSS, support employee and manager self-service, analyze requirements, and collaborate with HR and technical teams through testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP HCM experience.
• ESS & MSS configuration and troubleshooting.
• SAP HCM PA (Personnel Administration) and OM (Organizational Management).
• Strong HR business process knowledge and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP HCM ESS/MSS functionalities.
• Handle employee and manager self-service requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP HCM solutions.
• Resolve functional issues and support enhancements.
• Work closely with HR/business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
