Job summary

Müller’s Solutions, a premier SAP consulting firm, seeks an experienced SAP ECP Consultant for a 3-month Dubai contract with potential extension. You will lead implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Employee Central Payroll for client projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least four years of SAP EC/EC Payroll experience, strong payroll process knowledge, and proven client-facing, project-management, and analytical skills to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of SAP EC/EC Payroll experience.
• Strong payroll knowledge and SAP integration.
• Proficiency in SAP ECP functionality: time and attendance, reporting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles and project management preferred.
• Immediate availability to start the contract.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, configuration, and go-live for SAP ECP.
• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements.
• Provide ongoing configuration and post-implementation support.
• Ensure timely delivery under strict deadlines.
