Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP Employee Central or Employee Central Payroll modules
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, configurations, and integration with other SAP modules
• Proficiency in SAP ECP functionality, including time and attendance, configuration, and reporting
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with client‑facing roles and project management is preferred
• Immediate availability to start the contract
