Senior Managing Consultant – SAP Case Management

Experience: 12+ years in SAP, with strong SAP Case Management experience

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Managing Consultant – SAP Case Management to lead functional design, implementation, and solution delivery for SAP Case Management, particularly in public-sector and SAP TRM environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Case Management functional design, configuration, and implementation.
• Conduct business requirement gathering and AS-IS / TO-BE workshops.
• Configure case types, record models, status management, workflows, function profiles, and document/object linkage.
• Design and support integrations with SAP TRM/PSCD, Business Partner, RE-FX and external government platforms.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical/integration teams.
• Lead testing, deployment, go-live and post-go-live support.
• Manage client stakeholders, workshops, solution discussions and functional teams.
• Provide solution architecture and guidance for Case Management enhancements and integrations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP Case & Record Management expertise.
• Experience in SAP Case Management implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of workflows, business objects, document management and integrations.
• Experience with SAP TRM / PSCD / Public Sector is highly preferred.
• Exposure to SAP ECC/S/4HANA and integration technologies such as APIs/CPI/BTP.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business or a related field. SAP certification is an advantage.
