Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant for SAP Case Management to lead functional design, implementation, and delivery across public-sector environments. The role emphasizes delivering end-to-end SAP Case Management solutions and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will manage workshops, drive requirements, and oversee integrations with SAP TRM/PSCD and external government platforms. A Bachelor's in IT/Engineering/Business and SAP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP with strong hands-on SAP Case & Record Management expertise.
• Experience in SAP Case Management implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of workflows, business objects, document management and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Case Management functional design, configuration, and implementation.
• Conduct business requirement gathering and AS-IS / TO-BE workshops.
• Configure case types, record models, status management, workflows, function profiles, and document/object linkage.
