Job summary

Al Mulla Group is seeking a Salon Supervisor in Fujairah to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and drive sales growth while maintaining excellent customer service. You will manage client appointments, uphold records, and nurture a loyal client base in a fast-paced beauty environment.

The ideal candidate brings 4-5 years in salon supervision or management, fluent English, and a proven ability to attract and retain clients. Arabic knowledge is a plus and UAE-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in salon supervision or salon management.
• Strong skills in sales, customer service, and client management.
• Must have an existing client database/network and the ability to attract and retain clients.
• Fluent English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
