Job summary

You will design scalable solutions, guide technical teams, manage integrations with ERP and payment systems, and ensure security and performance across deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Strong real estate industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation across Clouds.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design portals for customers, brokers, and partners using Experience Cloud.
• Develop and manage integrations with ERP systems, payment gateways, and PM systems.
• Guide technical teams on best practices, architecture, and standards.
• Support data migration, deployment, testing, and production releases.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
