Qualifications

• Experience in external consulting for Salesforce projects.
• Active Salesforce certifications from the listed set.
• Prince2 Foundation or equivalent project management certification.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations to ERP systems (SAP BTP/CI).
• Residence in Germany.
• Interest in AI-powered solutions in CRM.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop technical Salesforce solutions to drive customer progress
• Build bridges between Salesforce and adjacent systems, managing data structures and continuous development
• Design technical architectures for complex Salesforce projects and implement them with the team
• Advise customers on technical solutions and explain complex concepts to management levels
• Take responsibility for technical decisions regarding Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, modern Salesforce technologies, and AI solutions
• Proactively contribute new ideas to drive business growth

Requirements

• Practical experience in external consulting
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Agentforce Specialist, Identity and Access Management Architect, or Integration Architect)
• Project management certification (e.g., Prince2 Foundation)
• Hands-on experience with integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems (ideally SAP BTP/CI)
• Residence in Germany
• Experience with MuleSoft is desirable
• Interest in AI-supported solutions in the CRM environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BTP/CI
• MuleSoft expertise
