Qualifications

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented Senior Salesforce Developer to oversee and optimize our Salesforce architecture. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain solutions connecting Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, driving end-to-end integration strategies and system automation while maintaining robust technical performance across all enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all Salesforce development initiatives, custom code, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and system updates to ensure timely delivery of tech roadmap goals.
• Handle legacy system migration, integration troubleshoot issues, system recovery, and resolution of complex technical bottlenecks across Salesforce environments.
• Respond to internal inquiries, stakeholder requirements, and system change requests across all business units.
• Follow up on integration commitments, system testing, performance tuning, and issue resolution with external vendor teams and APIs.
• Coordinate with internal business departments to ensure efficient data flow, automated workflows, and system integration processes.
• Monitor overall Salesforce platform performance, system health, and contribute to achieving IT department operational targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in a Dubai Real Estate Development environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple Salesforce orgs, environments, and integration projects effectively.
• Hands-on experience with Real Estate CRM & ERP integration architectures (Salesforce & Oracle NetSuite).
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce solutions: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud integrations, Data Cloud full suite, and real estate data workflows (PDCs, wire transfer integrations, automated payment plans, and booking/cancellation system logic).
