Job summary

EI-TECHNOLOGIES MENA, part of NEO-DIS.COM Group, seeks a Senior Developer with 5+ years in Salesforce, including 3+ years in Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and Data Cloud. You will lead workshops, design end-to-end MC solutions, and drive engagements with senior stakeholders across the UAE and Gulf region.

The role requires strong English communication, hands-on MC/Next expertise, and ability to mentor junior staff while delivering complex integrations with external systems.

Qualifications

• We are seeking 5+ years of Salesforce experience including hands-on Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with end-to-end Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud implementations and certifications.
• Ability to lead workshops and present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions (journeys, automations, data extensions, AMPscript/SSJS, SQL, CloudPages) and Data Cloud configurations.
• Design, build, test and deploy Marketing Cloud Next solutions (Flow-based journeys, Data Cloud segments, emails, landing pages).
• Build integrations between Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud and external systems.
• Own overall solution design for marketing and data layer and provide governance patterns.
• Lead technical requirements gathering and support business requirements gathering.
• Communicate with client teams and act as technical point of contact for workstreams.
• Mentor graduates and junior developers; guide certifications.

We are seeking a Senior Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) experience, proven expertise in end-to-end Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud implementations, current Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud Consultant, and Marketing Cloud Next certifications, and fluent English communication skills with the ability to lead workshops, prepare technical design documents, and present to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test and deploy Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions (journeys, automations, data extensions, AMPscript/SSJS, SQL, CloudPages) and Data Cloud configurations (ingestion, data model, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, activations).
• Design, build, test and deploy Marketing Cloud Next solutions (Flow-based journeys, Data Cloud-driven segments, email and SMS content, landing pages and forms, Agentforce campaign and content generation)
• Build integrations between Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud and external systems (Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Own the overall solution design for the marketing and data layer and recommend Salesforce best practices, governance standards and reusable patterns; advise when Marketing Cloud Next is the right fit.
• Lead technical requirements gathering (workshops, data sources, field mappings, integration contracts, NFRs) and support the functional team in business requirements gathering.
• Communicate clearly with client business teams (marketing, CRM, digital, IT), present design options and trade-offs, and act as technical point of contact for your workstreams.
• Mentor fresh graduates and junior developers: pair on builds, review work, set learning plans and guide them through certifications.
• Preferred Domain experience: Ecommerce, Retail, BFSI, Manufacturing etc

Technical Expertise:

• Marketing Cloud Engagement: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder and data extensions, SQL, AMPscript and SSJS, Email/Content Builder, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP API and installed packages, Einstein features, deliverability and consent management (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, preference centres, GDPR/UAE PDPL).
• Data Cloud: CRM/Marketing Cloud/Ingestion API and cloud-storage connectors, DLO-to-DMO mapping, identity resolution rules, calculated and streaming insights, data transforms, segmentation, activations to Marketing Cloud and ad platforms, data spaces, consent, credit optimisation, Einstein Studio and Agentforce grounding.
• Marketing Cloud Next (hands-on preferred, certification required): Flow-based journeys on the core platform, Data Cloud-based segments, Agentforce content generation, migration paths from Engagement.
• Platform and integration: Sales/Service Cloud data model, Flow, Apex basics, Platform Events, CDC, MuleSoft or equivalent, Git and package deployment, BU and environment strategy, solution design documents and data flow/ER diagrams, Salesforce Well-Architected and security best practices.
