Job summary

Robusta Studio is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead a 3‑month onsite contract in Abu Dhabi. You will own the Salesforce backlog, translate business needs into clear epics and stories, and collaborate with developers, admins, and QA to deliver high‑value Salesforce solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years in Product Owner/BA/Salesforce roles, strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and CRM processes, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Product Owner, BA, Salesforce consultant, or similar role.
• Experience delivering Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformations.
• Hands‑on Salesforce knowledge, preferably Sales Cloud/Service Cloud.
• CRM process understanding: Sales, Customer Service, Lead, Account, Opportunity.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience backlog management and working with Salesforce developers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog with clear priorities linked to business goals.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into functional specs, epics, and user stories.
• Create and maintain acceptance criteria and process docs.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, architects, QA, and other teams.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, bugs, and technical tasks by value and urgency.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives.
• Be main liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce delivery team.
• Support UAT, validate features, ensure alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate with tech teams on configurations and customizations.
• Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and automation.
• Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and outstanding items.
• Support release planning and stakeholder communications throughout delivery.
