Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on SF Admin experience
• Strong SF configuration and administration
• Experience with Lightning Experience
• Knowledge of data management tools
• Understanding of security and data governance
• Excellent communication & stakeholder skills
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing/security settings.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Perform data import, export, cleansing, and data quality management.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and platform administration.
• Understand business processes and translate requirements into SF solutions.
• Collaborate with Real Estate domain teams as needed.
