Qualifications

• 2+ years of Salesforce experience.

• Proven ability to design, configure, test and implement Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• SFDC Administrative tasks: Profiles, Users, Page Layouts, Dashboards.
• Data migration and data loading tasks.
• Configuration in ServiceMax and related tools.
• Manage tickets and SLA adherence.
• Audit tasks in production and release using Flosum/Change Sets.
