Job summary

The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) invites UAE nationals to join a two-year Sales Programme, a structured pathway into a rewarding career in sales. The programme combines classroom learning, on-the-job training, coaching and practical business exposure.

Participants will gain hands-on experience across the complete sales lifecycle—customer engagement, consultative selling, negotiation, account and pipeline management, and relationship development—working with experienced professionals.

The DWTC Sales Programme is designed to develop the next generation of Emirati sales professionals by providing a structured pathway into a rewarding sales career

This two-year full-time employment programme combines classroom learning on-the-job training coaching and practical business exposure to equip participants with the knowledge skills and experience required to succeed in a professional sales environment

Throughout the programme participants will gain hands‑on experience across the complete sales lifecycle including customer engagement consultative selling negotiation techniques account management pipeline management and relationship building while working alongside experienced professionals

Nationality

UAE Nationals holding a valid UAE Passport and Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid) or Marsoom.

Age

Between 18 and 30 years old.

Education

Availability

To work full-time. Willingness to work a 9-hour shift, including shift work where business requirements apply.
