Job summary

Doo is seeking an experienced HR/HRBP professional to lead recruitment and administration in Dubai. The role focuses on attracting top sales and marketing talent, managing local and international channels, and aligning HR practices with corporate strategy.

You will design training and incentive programs, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and support visa processes while fostering cross-cultural teamwork and strong execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR/BA or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in HR/HRBP/HRM, with at least 2 years supporting sales teams; fintech or internet industry preferred.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Familiar with labor laws and administrative procedures in the Middle East, especially Dubai.
• Results-oriented with strong execution capability in fast-paced environments.
• Administrative management experience; overseas branch operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment plans based on business development needs, focusing on attracting sales and marketing talents.
• Manage local and international recruitment channels and build a sales talent pipeline.
• Establish a sales team performance evaluation system (KPI/OKR) aligned with company strategy.
• Design and optimize sales incentive schemes (bonuses, commissions, long-term incentives).
• Handle employee relations, contracts, and visa-related matters to ensure compliance.
• Promote cross-cultural team integration and enhance sales team cohesion and execution capability.
• Design and implement training programs for sales and management staff.
• Formulate and optimize local HR policies and processes to ensure consistency with group headquarters.
