Job summary

Baker Hughes in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Support Professional to manage inventories, track purchase orders, and support customer engagement across our energy services network.

You will engage with manufacturing plants to ensure on-time equipment readiness, create and submit sales invoices and quotations, coordinate delivery planning, and prepare monthly P&L sheets while collaborating with the billing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) with effective communication skills.
• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi 2–3 days per week.
• Must be legally entitled to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage assets and inventories for customer deliveries.
• Track Purchase Order status.
• Engage with manufacturing plants to ensure on-time equipment readiness.
• Create and submit sales invoices.
• Engage with the customer for delivery requirements and planning.
• Prepare and share quotations based on customer requests.
• Prepare P&L sheet on a monthly basis.
• Engage with billing team for month closure.
