Job summary

Smart Tank DWC LLC in Dubai is seeking a Quotation Sales Support professional to prepare, issue and track customer quotations, and to keep CRM records up to date. The role supports the Regional Sales Manager with customer correspondence and follow-up.

You will manage orders from PO receipt to delivery and invoicing, coordinate documentation with QA/QC, and oversee SharePoint and CRM administration to ensure data accuracy and efficient collaboration across the Dubai office.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and SharePoint management.
• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• UAE work experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and track customer quotations using approved pricing and templates; maintain a live quotation register with follow-up dates and status updates.
• Process customer purchase orders and issue order acknowledgements within 24 hours.
• Keep quotation and order details current in the CRM as part of day-to-day sales support.
• Support the Regional Sales Manager with customer correspondence and proposal follow-up.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle from receipt of customer PO through delivery and invoicing.
• Place and track supplier purchase orders with joint venture partners and third-party manufacturers.
• Maintain an up-to-date order tracker and provide regular status reports.
• Coordinate documentation requirements with QA/QC personnel for each order.
• Own and maintain the company’s shared SharePoint sites and the CRM system as primary administrator, ensuring data accuracy, consistent structure and proper use across the team.
