Job summary

Baker Hughes in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Support Professional to manage inventories, track purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturing plants to ensure on-time equipment readiness.

You will create and submit sales invoices, respond to delivery requirements and planning, and prepare quotations; a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience are expected, with fluent English and 2–3 on-site days in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi 2-3 days per week.
• Authorized to work without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage assets and inventories for customer deliveries
• Track Purchase Order status
• Engage with manufacturing plants to ensure on-time equipment readiness
• Create and submit sales invoices
• Engage with the customer for delivery requirements and planning
• Prepare and share quotations
• Prepare P&L sheet on monthly basis
• Engage with billing team for month closure
