AL Feel Trading LLC in Dubai seeks a skilled supply chain professional to forecast purchase requirements, prepare purchase orders, and ensure product availability through proactive stock planning and reorder monitoring.

You will coordinate daily with local and international vendors, verify supplier quotations and import documents, track shipments, and prepare reports on stock levels, pending orders, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement or import logistics.
• UAE experience preferred and knowledge of local import procedures.

Responsabilités

• Forecast purchase requirements by analyzing sales data, stock movement and upcoming demand.
• Prepare purchase orders based on shipment size, budget and container planning.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve stock mismatches and maintain stock turnover.
• Work with suppliers on pricing, availability, orders and delivery timelines.
• Manage import shipments, documents and liaise with clearing agents and freight forwarders.
• Track shipments from dispatch to warehouse receipt and report on supplier performance.
