GULFA MINERAL WATER AND PROCESSING INDUSTRIES - SO seeks a results-driven Sales Team Lead to head a five-person 5-gallon water sales force in Dubai. You will drive revenue growth by coaching reps, optimizing routes, and ensuring top-tier customer service across accounts.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong beverage industry background, and proficiency with CRM systems to monitor performance and adapt strategies to market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, beverage or water delivery.
• Experience supervising a sales team, ideally in direct-to-consumer or B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM software, and performance tracking tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
