Musco Gulf Sales Team in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Sales Representative Trainee to commence the sales training program and develop competent representatives for the UAE market. You will learn Musco systems, sales strategy, and engage in customer interactions to support project tasks.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, a university degree in a related field, and a willingness to travel up to 50%, mainly within the GCC.

Qualificações

• University degree in Sports Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to attend in-person training at Musco's Corporate Headquarters in Iowa (USA).
• Ability to travel up to 50%, mostly within the GCC.

Sales Representative Trainee (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

The Musco Gulf Sales Team has an opening for a Sales Representative Trainee at our Abu Dhabi, UAE office. The Sales Representative Trainee serves as the initial phase in our sales training program, aimed at developing proficient sales representatives for the UAE market. In this role, you will acquire knowledge of Musco's systems and sales strategy, while actively engaging in sales initiatives, client interactions, and contributing to project tasks. This practical experience is structured to prepare you for a successful transition to a Sales Representative Role. • Collaborate with the internal team to support customer needs and contribute to team initiatives, gaining an understanding of the sales support process.
• Engage in market research activities to understand the factors influencing sales and product success in the market.
• Support Sales Management in strategic planning and operational tasks to gain perspectives on sales management.
• Participate in tradeshows and conferences, assisting in promotional activities and market engagement under supervision.
• Prepare for progression to a Sales Representative role by adopting and practicing effective sales strategies and customer engagement techniques.
