Job summary

Junior Couture Trading LLC in Dubai is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our premium children’s fashion and lifestyle brand. You will be the face of the store, greeting customers, advising on product selection, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will handle transactions accurately, assist with merchandising, and support inventory and store maintenance to uphold our high standards of presentation and service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them with product selection, and provide product information to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Sales: Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling. Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Merchandising: Assist with the display and organization of products, ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
• Inventory Management: Help with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff. Follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a cohesive customer experience.
