Job summary

The Greater Change in Abu Dhabi seeks a retail sales associate to welcome customers, explain electronics products, and promote purchases. You will work with the sales team to hit daily and monthly targets while maintaining attractive displays and accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, strong English communication, and a neat professional appearance. UAE residence and flexible retail hours are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or Retail is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role (electronics/retail background preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and explain product features.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Good product knowledge or the ability to learn technical specifications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs, explain products, features, prices, and promotions.
• Demonstrate products and encourage purchases.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; maintain an organized counter/display.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor of low stock.
• Process or assist with customer orders and payments.
• Handle customer questions, complaints and basic after-sales support; keep sales records.
• Coordinate with mall management and sales team per policies.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established distributor and retailer of consumer electronics, memory & storage products, and audio-visual solutions across the UAE. With a strong retail presence in key malls and shopping destinations, they are known for delivering trusted, high-quality tech products to a wide customer base. The company is expanding its retail sales team to support continued growth. They offer a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment with genuine opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs. Explain products, features, prices, and promotions.
• Demonstrate products and encourage customers to purchase.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain an attractive and well-organized counter/display.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low stock.
• Process or assist with customer orders and payments, depending on the company.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and basic after-sales support. Keep records of sales, customer feedback, and stock movement.
• Coordinate with mall management and the companys sales team when required. Follow company policies, grooming standards, and mall regulations.

• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as per mall/store timings.
• Basic computer/POS system knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage for engaging a diverse customer base.
• UAE residence required; candidates already based in Abu Dhabi preferred.

Compensation

• Salary: AED 3,000 + benefits as per UAE Labor Law and company policy
• Comission: AED 1500 to 2000 depending on Performance
