Job summary

Logicom FZE is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing professional to manage data quality, sales orders, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination within the Dubai operations. The role involves monitoring orders from booking to delivery and collaborating with Sales and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have a university degree, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure while maintaining accuracy and timely

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive the enhancement of data quality and integrity as appropriate.
• Create and manage Sales orders and Invoicing.
• Monitor order status from initial booking stage till final receipt of shipment and invoicing to customer.
• Communicate with the Sales Team regarding clarifications requiring their input.
• Actively correspond with all the internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Enhance and maintain a core set of standard reports that meet the needs of the business.
• Intercompany Sales and Purchase transactions
• Creating Proforma Invoices for potential orders.
• Sending licenses/contract copies to partners.
• Responsible for generating reversals and credit notes.
