Job summary

Jotun Abu Dhabi Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing team, handle daily sales activities, and ensure customers' needs are met.

Applicants must be Emirati nationals, hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma, and have at least one year of work experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A focus on employee development and a supportive culture are part of our competitive offering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Emirati national as part of the Emiratization program initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and support to the sales team.
• Support sales staff by following up on collections.
• Coordinate between the Sales Manager and internal stakeholders.
• Convey external inquiries and information to the team.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations.

Skills

Fluency in English

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Arabic (advantage)
