Job summary

Doctify in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Sales Manager - New Business to lead a quota-carrying team within the UAE market, driving revenue, engagement, new customer acquisition, and supporting the team in achieving targets.

You will coach and mentor team members on prospecting, demos, storytelling, and closing, run daily huddles, monitor KPIs, and ensure strong activity discipline while maintaining CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Leading a sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

• Coaching team members on prospecting, objection handling, demos, storytelling, and closing.
• Running daily huddles, weekly performance reviews, and ensuring strong activity discipline.
• Monitoring and reporting on the team’s progress towards targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrating best-in-class sales practice.
• Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Ensuring CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting.
