Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Nepali market trends is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Nepali language is a plus).
