GlobalProcure in El-Ain, Egypt is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales team, develop strategies, and grow market share. You will oversee reps, drive targets, and coordinate with marketing, production and logistics to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of meeting sales objectives. This is a contract role with potential for extension or permanent placement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Knowledge of market trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
