Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency in Dubai seeks a sales professional to develop and implement strategies for Explosion Proof Electrical Products in the oil and gas sector. The role requires strong client relations, ATEX/IECEX knowledge, and collaboration with technical teams for product customization.

You will handle market analysis, prepare technical/commercial proposals, and ensure compliance with Incoterms while using AutoCAD for design input. The contract runs for three years with renewal options.

Qualifications

• BE in Electrical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of sales and marketing experience in Explosion Proof Electrical Products within the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Knowledge of ATEX/IECEX standards.
• Familiarity with competitors such as Rstahl, Cortem, Baliga, FCG, and Eaten.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for Explosion Proof Electrical Products such as PDBs, DBs, JBs, Lighting Fixtures, and Control Panels.

• Utilize AutoCAD to assist in design and project presentations when necessary.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Promote products with a strong understanding of ATEX/IECEX standards.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: BE in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 5-7 years of sales and marketing experience in Explosion Proof Electrical Products within the Oil & Gas Industry.

Knowledge of switchgears and lighting products is essential.

Familiarity with competitors such as Rstahl, Cortem, Baliga, FCG, and Eaten is an advantage.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. In-depth knowledge of ATEX/IECEX standards.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Job Terms and Conditions

Working Country: Dubai, U.A.E.

Contract Period: 3 years (renewable).

Probation Period: 6 months.

Working Hours: 9 hours per day.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications).

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
