Job summary

MapleGroves in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across key accounts and new business initiatives. You will design and execute sales plans, mentor the team, and report forecasts to management.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in a similar role in the UAE, a Bachelor’s in Business Admin or related field, and proven ability to meet targets. Indian nationality is preferred for this role with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role preferably in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Train, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach them.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
