Our growing company in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Lead and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
• Analyze sales data and report on performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales management role preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the region
• Proficiency in English is required knowledge of additional languages is a plus
