We are recruiting a full-time Sales Manager, Corporate to join our enthusiastic team.

As a Sales Manager - Corporate, you will lead the property's segmented sales efforts for the Corporate market. Your responsibilities include building long-term, value-based customer relationships and achieving sales objectives through daily activities.

  • Develop, implement, and sustain an aggressive solicitation program to increase business.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create and execute a sales plan targeting revenue, guest needs, and market trends.
  • Analyze market information using sales systems and strategize to meet financial goals for rooms and catering.
  • Review guest satisfaction results to identify improvement areas.
  • Manage the forecasting process with the Revenue Department to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in preparing the annual Sales & Marketing plans, quarterly updates, and the budget.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in customer events, trade shows, and sales missions to build key relationships.

Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of experience in Hotel Corporate Sales at a four or five-star hotel or similar industry, with strong communication skills, cultural engagement, attention to detail, high performance standards, multi-tasking ability, and proficiency in related software.
