Are you an experienced sales leader ready to make a significant impact across the Middle East market? We are working on behalf of a leading international organization to recruit a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager to take ownership of capital equipment sales across the region.

This senior leadership role is key to driving business growth and market expansion, overseeing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic customer partnerships across multiple territories including Turkey and the wider Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and inspire a regional sales team with a customer-first approach.
  2. Take full ownership of annual sales targets, budgets, and performance plans.

  4. Collaborate with sales agents and partners across key geographical locations.
  5. Drive pipeline development, customer engagement, and sales conversion across all product lines.
  6. Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and client quotations in line with business processes.
  7. Build senior-level relationships with key customers and partners.
  8. Monitor market activity, competitor trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  9. Foster a high-performance culture focused on development, accountability, and results.
  10. Ensure alignment with internal policies, governance, and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
  1. Proven track record in a B2B capital equipment or technical solution sales environment.
  2. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-regional sales teams.
  3. Confident communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  4. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages beneficial.
  5. Highly adaptable, commercially astute, and driven to exceed targets.
  6. Culturally aware and experienced in Middle East market dynamics.
